WELCOME TO J'S PILATES

 I am Jaehee No, and I am the owner of J's Pilates.I am from Seoul, Korea, but moved to Virginia in 2021. I love to work out, so that is why I started learning pilates. I obtained 1 Pilates certification(Peak Lv.2) while living in Korea, plus another pilates certification(Romana Lv.5) while living in the US. While in Korea, I worked for Samsung leading a program for elderly people, while also teaching at a private studio instructing group and private pilates classes.I started my Pilates business in my home, and shortly after opened J's Pilates in Tyson, VA.Pilates is an excellent full body exercise and helps strengthen the spine with controlled movements.
